Ok so you have set up your social media and you are ready to wow your potential clients with all your knowledge, but then you find yourself wondering… What Should I Post To Social Media?

Social media can be scary for some people. It takes a while to learn how to share yourself online. The best tip I can offer is, be yourself! You don’t have to be the corporate, stuffy shirt wearing, cold hearted business voice – in fact it is better if you don’t!
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram all have their own style of audience but the overarching common factor is you. So you maybe posting something different on each platform but you should be yourself while doing so. For example, on facebook you could post a status with a picture sharing how excited you are to be working with a new client. On Twitter you can then fire out short summarised updates on what you are doing and when. While on Instagram and Pinterest you are sharing a gallery of images, or the event you are at with that client.
We all have that favourite brand we love to connect with – Coke Cola at Christmas, Toys R Us, or that fluffy Energizer Bunny. Those brands talk to us personally with family memories or personal connections. That is why it is always important when you find yourself asking “What should I post to Social Media?” to be human, and not a business minded robot that nobody can relate with personally.
